Shaw is comfortably the Citizens’ top goalscorer – so far, she has found the back of the net on 16 occasions. She has scored nearly half of the Sky Blues’ goals this campaign – they have netted 35 in total.
City’s next-highest scorer, Laura Coombs, has scored just four goals this season. This is a brilliant example of how vital Shaw is to City and why they will need to do everything they can to hold onto her in the summer.
