WSL and Manchester United star Ella Toone has posted a selfie on Instagram alongside her boyfriend, Joe Bunney, who also plays professional football.
The post contains two photos – one of which shows Toone and Bunney together in a selfie, while the second is just a picture of Toone on her own.
For the post’s caption, the 23-year-old starlet wrote a loving message: “Always good times.”

Several of Toone’s teammates, at both club and international level, gave the post a like. Among them were Hannah Blundell, Alex Greenwood, Beth Mead, Millie Turner and Chloe Kelly.
Additionally, Alessia Russo, who plays with Toone for both United and England, left a comment. She wrote: “Outfit 😍.”
Bunney has had a particularly nomadic career – despite being just 29 years old, he has played for a grand total of 16 clubs. Currently, he plies his trade for non-league Marine, who played Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup third round back in 2021.
He’s played for a number of clubs in and around the Greater Manchester area, including Stockport County, Rochdale and Bolton Wanderers. He is perhaps best known for his adaptability – while a natural striker, Bunney can also function as both a left-back and as a left-wingback.
It’s unclear how long Toone and Bunney have been together – however, their relationship was made public back in August of 2022.
